Role : – Business System Analyst Bill Rate : $92 / hour C2C Location : Remote Duration : 12+ months / long-term Interview Criteria : Telephonic + Skype Direct Client Requirement Job Duties

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and potential solutions.
• Design and develop web-based, data-driven dashboards using tools such as Ellucian Insights, Power BI, or Tableau to support organizational decision-making.
• Create and maintain SQL-based reports, complex queries (SQL, PL / SQL, or PostgreSQL), and data transfer / synchronization solutions (sFTP, APIs
• Work with relational databases, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL, to ensure effective data storage and retrieval.
• Support the integration and optimization of the Ellucian higher education product suite, including Banner, Insights, DataConnect, and Ethos.
• Utilize tools like Evisions Argos and FormsFusion for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Develop and maintain applications using CNet, HTML, and other relevant technologies in SaaS software solutions.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data, adhering to standards like FERPA.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain a high standard of service.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users, fostering a strong customer service focus.
