A company is looking for a Director of Project Delivery & Transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead the global project delivery function, ensuring operational excellence across clinical trial services Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project delivery managers, fostering accountability and collaboration Champion process modernization and change management to enhance delivery speed, quality, and scalability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline; advanced degree preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trials, with at least 7 years in project delivery leadership roles Demonstrated experience in ophthalmology clinical trials is required Experience managing globally distributed teams Prior experience supporting or integrating with product or technology functions is highly desirable
