Position Overview

Wetland Studies and Solutions Inc., a Davey company, is seeking a full-time environmental compliance technician to join our Gainesville, Virginia team. Projects include providing environmental compliance services associated with construction of data centers, residential developments, commercial properties, utility, and transportation development.

Job Duties

• Environmental compliance (VPDES) inspections and reporting
• Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) development and auditing
• Coordinating with federal and state resource agencies with regard to wetlands, erosion and sediment control and stormwater compliance
• Best Management Practices (BMP) construction monitoring
• Virginia Water Protection (VWP) construction monitoring
