Employment Opportunity Details :

• Above average base salary, annual retention bonus, annual performance / metric bonus (all prorated for FTE) and option for additional shift work for pay
• Hearty Sign on bonus and relocation eligible
• Occurrence Based Malpractice coverage
• Option for Call vs No-Call (30% reduction in salary for no call option)
• Call is Equitably distributed among call takers and based on FTE. M-F 3p-7a, Sun 7a-7a. Saturdays are taken separately from the week. The week is taken 1 week at a time with post call week off. Call is taken from home, in house not required. Average call would be 5 weeks per year.
• No OB!
• 5 weeks' vacation / PTO
• Practice solo (60%) or Medical Direction (40%), with ideal of 1 : 3 coverage, some 1 : 2, rare 1 : 4
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks are a must with strong Ultrasound regional skills required.
• Patient draw base of over 500K
• Level 3 trauma center
• Wide variety of cases- almost all except major trauma and transplant! Cardiac is taken by a separate team
• Wide variety of ages : peds (healthy) 6mo and up!
