The Partner Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with our channel partners. This role will collaborate with and ensure the long-term success of our channel partners. Our channel partners are diverse, with everything from banks and associations, to third party administrators and health plans. This role will liaise between these partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our partner needs and contractual commitments.This is a unique position that requires a high technical aptitude, in conjunction with project management and relationship management skills. This role will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned partners, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned partners, maintaining strong relationships as a trusted advisor and point of escalation.
- Provide Manager level authority on finance items, fee concessions, invoicing, and is responsible for audit control items specific to partners.
- Make decisions about product and technical solutions that can be offered to a partner and all associated clients, leveraging corporate guidelines, product and technical knowledge, market demand, and abilities / limitations of the partner
- Facilitate engagement activities between partner and internal resources such as legal, sales, marketing, implementation, technical and service teams.
- Ensure that all HealthEquity departments are delivering on solution and service commitments, managing to the terms of contracts.
- Act as the project manager for all partner initiatives, providing clear communication on the progress, completion, and setting expectations throughout the project for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate strategic management of the partner, including contract management, negotiation and product expansion.
- Oversee, monitor and liaise with partner on transactions and interactions (e.g. integrated data files, communications, etc.), analyzing and reporting key account metrics.
- Manage business and technical documentation of each partner’s solution. This may include technical file specs, product offering details, service, marketing and sales requirements. Coordinate support, communication and training on these details with internal and external resources.
What you will need to be successful
8+ years of account management or other relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the HealthEquity and Partner organizations, including executiveDemonstrated track record of maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service and supportStrong listening, negotiation, project management, analytical and presentation skills within the health benefits or technical industries.Strong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to detailProven ability to document and troubleshoot technical solutionsStrong ability to identify customer need and provide proper rationale for utilizing internal business capabilities to solve the needStrong, hands-on knowledge of Health and Welfare Benefits is also required.Self-motivated, and adept at developing internal and external relationshipsStrong customer service focus, work ethic and attention to detail are critical to success in this positionBA / BS degree or equivalentDevelop and present professional presentationsSome travel required (20% of your time)EQUIPMENT :
Proficiency with business and communications software (preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint, common Windows operating systems, and Outlook) is required. Must be technically savvy and comfortable leveraging multiple programs, such as advanced usage in Excel, Customer Relationship Management tools and the ability to learn and become proficient in HealthEquity proprietary programs.

Salary Range
69000.00 To $103500.00 / year
