Universal Banker - Mandarin / Cantonese

We are searching for a Mandarin / Cantonese speaking Universal Banker / Customer Service Rep. for our client's Artesia location.

RESPONSIBLITIES :

• Greet and assist Bank clients and provide them exceptional service.
• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
• Perform a variety of routine banking transactions (teller and platform)
• Participates in opening and closing branch procedures
• Able to handle high volume of calls
• Processes deposits, withdrawals, Checks cashing, loan payments and other transactions such as issuing cashier's checks.
• Conduct daily proof of ATM and cash on hand.
• Assist in opening and closing the vault daily; assists in balancing vault currency and coin.
• Be able to refer the customers to the appropriate team members for their banking needs.
• Balances cash drawer daily.
• Keeps the workstation neat, clean and well stocked with supplies and brochure materials.
• Any additional task assigned by Branch Management
