Job Responsibilities :

Minimum Qualifications

• College Diploma or equitant in a related discipline, considered an asset
• Minimum 2 years related experience in the automotive industry in Quality Assurance.
• Basic understanding of quality and manufacturing tools such as SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, Quality Systems, Poke yoke, 8D Corrective Action, 5 Why's.
• Experience with PPAP, 8D Problem Solving, SPC, GD&T & Blueprint Reading.
• Knowledge of machining, stamping, flow forming, welding and assembly line processes
• Experience with product and process control, gauging and mistake proofing
• Basic understanding of statistical methods
• Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English
• Must be able to relate / communicate well with people of all levels
• Must have good organizational skills, be a self-starter and a team player
• Must possess a sound knowledge and ability to use various PC based computer applications
