the RoleThe Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager plays a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes within a dynamic and fast-growing organization. This hands-on position is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with strong managerial experience who enjoys working closely with daily financial operations rather than solely focusing on high-level strategy. Reporting directly to the Sr. Dr. of FP&A, this role supports the company's financial success by delivering actionable insights and collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, AZ. This is a full-time, onsite position.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and management of operating budgets and financial plans to meet organizational goals.Analyze financial performance and provide forward-looking insights to support strategic decision-making.Drive the creation of budgets, annual forecasts, and financial reporting activities.Conduct scenario planning and assess the financial impact of business decisions to position the company for success.Collaborate with operations, HR, sales, and other cross-functional teams to align financial objectives across departments.Ensure data integrity in financial reporting and oversee financial workflows to maintain accuracy and efficiency.Produce financial and statistical data reports and assist in revenue and accounts receivable processes in compliance with ASC606 guidelines.Support the FP&A team in achieving departmental priorities and organizational objectives.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Position RequirementsEducation : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis, and Forecasting & Budgeting, with healthcare industry experience (required).At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of SQL (highly preferred).Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed financial analyses.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range : $125,000 - $150,000 annually (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).Benefits : Comprehensive healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
