Client Success Manager Account Manager

What Youll Do

Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of US-based clients.

Manage and optimize client cold email campaigns (dont worry - well train you).

Collaborate with clients to develop campaign strategies creative offers and marketing ideas.

Monitor campaign performance and understand basic funnel metrics.

Communicate updates and insights clearly through Slack and Zoom.

Work with our internal tech and operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Use basic automation tools (like Zapier) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

What Youll Bring

Strong written and spoken English youll be communicating with clients daily.

Previous digital marketing experience (agency experience is a big plus).

A good grasp of marketing funnels basic copywriting and customer psychology.

Technical proficiency and comfort learning new software quickly.

A proactive can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help clients succeed.

Bonus : Experience with cold email or outbound marketing tools.
