Location : Camp Smith

Clearance : Active Secret (TS / SCI eligibility required)

Role Type : Full-Time | Special Staff |

Position Overview

Bishop & Company is seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as a strategic advisor to the Information Knowledge Management (IKM) Section and Command Deck. This role focuses on enhancing information sharing through the identification, documentation, coordination, and evaluation of mission-critical information systems and AI-integrated capabilities. The candidate will play a key part in supporting real-world contingency planning and operational exercises, contributing to the development of both the Knowledge and Information Management Plan (KIMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate AI-based capabilities into C2 systems to improve situational awareness and operational decision-making
  • Translate user needs into actionable AI-driven C2 requirements and manage solution implementation
  • Lead the development and execution of information flow strategies during real-world operations

    • Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding of mission systems (e.g., GCCS, C2PC, JDOCS, JWICS) and KM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, C2IE, CAS)
  • Experience leading internal engagements and facilitating technical collaboration between stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on emerging technology application
  • Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS / SCI

    • Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $90K-$140K. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
