Machinist III

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machinist III to join our dynamic team in Sharon, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of machining equipment to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and manual lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
• Train and mentor junior machinists and apprentices as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Access to our facility (and, therefore, employment) is restricted under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents of the United States and properly-licensed foreign persons.
