As a dental hygienist, you'll help patients in the community achieve their best oral health. We have a tenured, welcoming team that will support you along the way. Our office is growing and this position will be the second hygienist in the office. Monday 730-5 Tuesday (OFF) Wednesday 730-5 Thursday 730-5 Friday 730-1pm

Responsibilities

• Take pride in supporting the Melrose community by improving smiles and building connections with neighbors and families who trust Midwest Dental for their care.
• Foster meaningful connections with patients, creating a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and informed about their oral health.
• Partner with a supportive team that values your expertise and ideas, creating a workplace where you can thrive.
• Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments, screen patients' periodontal health, education patients on proper oral hygiene. techniques, perform cancer screenings, and screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts.
• Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands.
