Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to join our team, specializing in cladding and façade projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of overseeing projects from planning through completion while supporting team growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Lead small to medium-scale cladding projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets up to around $2M
• Act as the main liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, and field crews.
• Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Support or guide junior project staff to help them develop their skills.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and material deliveries to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking.
