We are looking for a dedicated Primary Care Physician trained in either Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) or Family Medicine to join a high-impact, mission-driven healthcare team serving a diverse population—from infants to seniors.
In this role, you’ll provide patient-centered care with an unwavering commitment to quality, compassion, and integrity. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, lead mid-level providers, and champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Full-Scope Primary Care : Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Promote Preventive Health : Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
Lead and Supervise : Oversee Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to ensure clinical excellence and compliance with care standards.
Maintain Clinical Knowledge : Stay updated on medical best practices and participate in ongoing learning and training initiatives.
Practice with Accountability : Take ownership of your clinical decision-making and documentation, ensuring regulatory and quality standards are met.
Support a Diverse Community : Deliver culturally competent care that reflects and respects patients’ backgrounds, values, and experiences.
Requirements
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics.
1–3 years of experience in a primary care or outpatient clinical setting is preferred.
Unrestricted Medical License to practice in the State of Michigan.
DEA License in good standing.
Proficiency with EMR systems, especially Allscripts (preferred).
Demonstrated excellence in clinical diagnosis, patient care, and medical documentation.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
