CRYPTOLOGIC COMPUTER SCIENTIST (Level I-IV)

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Cryptologic Computer Scientist to perform data and computer science analysis in support of customer operations.

Primary

    • Degree

  • Degree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with at least one programming course and at least 4 upper-level math classes (Calculus and above).

    • Skills and Experience Youll

  • Ability to leverage computer science expertise and tradecraft to solve mission problem sets.
  • Expertise with operating systems, compiler theory, database theory, algorithm analysis, computer architecture, discrete math, programming language theory, and data structures.
  • Relevant experience in computer systems research, modeling / simulation development and prototyping, software design, programming, computational science, reverse engineering, and designing / developing computer or information systems, including hardware and / or software.
  • Comfortable participating in cross-agency working groups, JDA, field assignments, and external customer support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across multiple mission teams.

    Entry-level positions require an Associates degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelors degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Higher positions may require up to an Associates degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelors degree and 11 years of relevant experience, or a Masters Degree and 9 years of relevant experience.

  • 116,000 - $255,000

    • The BTS pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
