Must be entered into NM DOH portal by agency.

Travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while results process (with supervision).

Travel Requirement : Must live 60+ miles from Los Alamos.

On-call : Required (details not specified).

EHR : Not provided in listing (likely Meditech—common in LPNT).
