Property Manager (Onsite Tucson AZ)

Salary : $50000 per year

About the Role

Were looking for an experienced hands-on Property Manager to join our Tucson team and oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties including retail office and industrial spaces.

This is an onsite position based at our corporate office where youll operate much like a small business ownercoordinating tenant relations overseeing maintenance and repairs and ensuring properties are running smoothly and efficiently.

Our portfolio is over 25 properties with an aggregate occupancy of approximately 96% . The Property Manager will be the main point of contact between tenants vendors and field staff ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of 25 commercial properties (approximately 250 tenants).
• Collect rent and monitor tenant accounts.
• Oversee work order systems and respond to tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and manage vendor and contractor work including landscaping roofing and other property repairs.
• Review and approve property-related bills and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants vendors and internal team members.

(Note : This role does not include CAM reconciliations AP / AR or bookkeeping responsibilities.)
