Key Responsibilities Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Precision Medicine business unit Oversee daily operations, including program design and customer deliverables Manage and mentor a high-performing team across various functions Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in life sciences, CRO, diagnostics, or healthcare data sectors Proven P&L leadership with experience in managing complex operations Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in biospecimen collection or clinical studies Deep understanding of the biopharma value chain and regulatory environment Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and client engagement
