JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title :

• TSS Support Specialist [Exempt]                                                                                                                     Job Location :                           Doha, Qatar American International Contractors (Special Projects), Inc. (AICI-SP) is seeking a TSS Support Specialist to work overseas on a U.S.
• Embassy project in Doha, Qatar.
• An active U.S.
• Secret Level Security Clearance  is a requirement for this position.   AICI-SP has established itself as one of the leading construction firms in the Department of State, Overseas Building Operations (OBO) program.

PRIMARY FUNCTION :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing security systems to ensure optimal functionality Participate in site inspections to assess client needs and recommend appropriate security solutions Document service activities and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs Other duties as directed by the Electrical Superintendent, Project Engineer, or Project Manager   KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

Secret Security Clearance (must be authorized to work in the U.S.) High school diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of electrical systems and circuitry Desire to learn about alarm technology and security systems Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Understanding of alarm system components, including sensors, control panels, microwave, fence protection, and communication devices Ability to work with hand tools and diagnostic equipment Familiarity with software used for alarm system configuration and monitoring Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work well in a team environment Effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

Government construction project experience Overseas Building Operations (OBO) experience Experience in a technical or hands-on role, preferably in the security or electronics field Familiarity with common alarm systems and troubleshooting techniques Basic knowledge of networking principles and IP-based security systems PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS :

Mental Demands :

Some exposure to toxic / caustic chemicals, potential electric shock, significant heights and high noise level, including high-pitched noises.  Some potential exposure to dust, fumes, smoke and airborne particles.   NOTE :
