A company is looking for a Communications Governance Manager to oversee the communications process within the mortgage servicing division. Key Responsibilities Draft and review customer-facing communication pieces for compliance with regulations and company policies Identify and propose improvements to the communication process and compliance strategies Conduct audits of communication materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Communication, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus Five plus (5+) years of experience in mortgage servicing with a focus on compliance and communication processes Three plus (3+) years of experience in authoring customer-facing content Experience with the full life cycle of communication processes and project management Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and compliance regulations specific to customer communications
