General understanding of the construction industry, including project lifecycles, procurement processes, and key stakeholders.
Existing relationships with local jurisdiction buyers or general contractors in the DC Metro area (Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia) are highly desirable.
Ability to identify and pursue long-term business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to overall company growth.
