Scheduling Coordinator
Audits case request orders and scheduled cases for accuracy and completeness, including finalizing the OR schedules for each given day, handling add-on cases and schedule changes after the deadline, maximizing OR utilization and patient access, enforcing various OR block and scheduling policies, resolving Epic issues, and acting as a customer service representative, educator, and policy enforcer with the surgical departments.
Minimum Requirements :
Physical Demands : This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
Position Compensation Range : $15.99 - $31.99 Hourly
