HVAC Installer Pay (Full-Time / Hourly) :

Actual Pay depends on experience certifications skills test and skill level.

HVAC Installer Responsibilities :

Builds positive relationships with customers and team

Installing maintaining and repairing commercial or residential ventilation air conditioning systems and equipment

Completes required paperwork in a timely manner

Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools

Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.

Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission

Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

HVAC Installer Qualifications :

2 years in residential / multi-family HVAC Installs

EPA and RMGA certification preferred

High School Diploma or GED

Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills

Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test

Experienced with pressure sensors humidity sensors rooftop units make-up air units differential pressure devices variable frequency drives and air handler units.

Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies. For the safety and respect of our customers GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment-no smoking or vaping.
