Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs to create personalized therapy strategies that align with their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques that will foster sustained improvements at home
