We're hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager who leads from the floor, not the office chair. If you know how to rally a crew, keep operations moving, and hit every goal with grit and confidence, we want to talk.

What Is Expected :

• 10+ years of experience leading a warehouse / distribution team.
• Strong shipping and receiving experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate warehouse teams to meet operational goals for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements in cost, accuracy, and productivity.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policy updates, and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on administrative and operational objectives.
• Supervise and train staff on receiving, put-away, shipping, and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
• Analyze root causes of errors or discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee compliance with company procedures and documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
