Work Schedule : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, Monday - Friday

Some flexibility : Could work 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

Possible Hybrid once trained : 3 days in office / 2 days remote

System One is seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to provide leadership and hands-on support in managing consolidations and financial accounting for the Enterprise. The primary focus of this role is to deliver quality and timely accounting services across all affiliated companies. This is a process-focused, individual contributor role -no direct team management. The ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and actively contributing to accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform multi-entity consolidations, including eliminations.
• Prepare full financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Statement of Cash Flows).
• Draft, post, and reconcile journal entries; manage accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and trial balances.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (internal and external).
• Contribute to footnote preparation for SEC reporting.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations; conduct financial analysis.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
