Our Nurse Managers lead the clinical team and promote the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our residents and team members. JOB HIGHLIGHTS : Full-Time Position Flexible Working Hours Pay : $34$44 / hr (based on experience) + We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist our Director of Nursing (DON) with a variety of office duties. This position includes participation in a floor rotation every third weekend.

JOB SUMMARY : As a Nurse Manager, you will assist the clinical leadership team in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operations of the clinical department to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards.

QUALIFICATIONS : + Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and / or ability to obtain a state-specific license. + Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility. + Supervisory / management experience in Long Term Care (LTC). + Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
