SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS :

RTO : MAX 7 days

WEEKEND : only call

CALL REQUIREMENTS : Yes, 1 weekend per month and 2-3 weekdays per month

HOLIDAYS :

NO HOLIDAY REQUESTS FOR CHRISTMAS WEEK

If one major holiday falls in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his / her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

FLOATING : Within facility

COMPLIANCE : FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule

UNIT SYSTEMS : EPIC

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : - 1 year

PATIENT POPULATION : Adults to Geriatrics - Interventional Radiology

REQUIRED SKILLS : ACLS, BLS, Experience with laser assisted procedures, angioplasty, Carotid stenting, Angiography, procedural sedation, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, pressure ulcer assessment / prevention, RASS, Sheath removal / monitoring and Vascular closure systems
