Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to support logistics and manufacturing operations through professional-grade presentations, data mining, and project coordination. This role requires expertise in developing structured processes to collect, analyze, and summarize data into executive-level reports and presentations. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to convey insights effectively through high-quality visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities : Data Collection & Analysis :
Develop and implement structured processes for gathering data across logistics, manufacturing, and project operations.
Perform data mining to generate insights for project and program reporting.
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Project & Program Reporting :
Create clear and concise reports summarizing key metrics, progress, risks, and recommendations.
Maintain dashboards and tracking tools to monitor project performance.
Assist in preparing high-level summaries for executive decision-making.
Presentation Development :
Design and create executive-level presentations that effectively communicate key focus areas, project updates, and operational insights.
Utilize data visualization techniques to ensure clarity and impact.
Ensure presentations align with corporate branding and executive expectations.
Project Coordination & Process Development :
Support program and project managers in coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Improve documentation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Required :
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Strong experience (6-8 years) in data collection, analysis, and presentation creation.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with Google suite (google slides, google sheets, etc.)
Understanding of logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive presentations.
Ability to structure and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred :
Experience in automotive, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma, etc.).
Familiarity with ERP and data management systems.
