Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique needs.
- Utilize standardized assessment tools for accurate data collection.
- Create individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, families, and the treatment team.
- Set measurable, tailored goals and objectives for each client.
- Facilitate therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings.
- Use evidence-based techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to monitor client progress.
- Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes per company policies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
- Provide immediate support during crisis situations and develop safety plans as required.
- Engage in outreach to promote mental health services and attract new clients.
- Assist clients in connecting with additional resources and support services.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Effectively communicate with clients and team members to address questions or concerns.
Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.State-Specific Requirements for licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) vary by state.Minimum of one to two years of experience working with children and / or families, including internships.Benefits :
