Job description

A company is looking for a Solution Owner (Sales and Marketing IT Applications).

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary IT liaison for Sales organizations, leading discovery sessions to understand business needs and develop solution vision statements

Partner with Technical Architects to evaluate solution options, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards

Retain ownership throughout initiative delivery, participating in requirements definition, solution validation, and project execution

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in IT business analysis, product ownership, or solution management supporting Sales or CRM initiatives, preferably with Salesforce

Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured technology solutions

Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and ancillary sales technology

Experience collaborating with Technical Architects and cross-functional project teams

Salesforce Admin certification
