The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial / spiritual assessment, diagnosis and / or treatment / interventions / advocacy of patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change.

The Licensed Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient / support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and / or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and / or substance use disorders identified.

The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial / spiritual assessment, diagnosis and / or treatment / interventions / advocacy of patients and their support systems. The CSWA incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change.

Social Worker LCSW

Required Qualifications :

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
• Upon hire : Oregon Clinical Social Worker License
• Upon hire : Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
• Upon request : Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 2 years of Relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.
