About the Role

Rippling is looking for an experienced Employer & Contractor of Record Risk Strategy Manager to spearhead risk strategies for its EOR / COR products. In this critical role, you will design strategies to manage credit exposure, including wage liability risk, while driving growth and maintaining efficiency. You'll work with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Engineering, and Finance, to develop tailored risk management solutions suited to our dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop and lead global credit risk strategies for Rippling's EOR & COR products, ensuring they align with business goals and regulatory standards.
• Mitigate wage liability risk by implementing strategies to meet payroll obligations.
• Establish and enforce credit risk policies and frameworks to support business growth while effectively managing risk.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design and integrate credit risk management systems and tools.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the EOR & COR credit portfolio's performance, identifying trends and emerging risks.
• Implement automated credit risk decisioning tools to boost efficiency and reduce losses.
• Work closely with Business Development, Finance, and Operations teams to support new product initiatives and market expansion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management.
• Maintain a strong operational control environment to ensure compliance and minimize potential risks.

What You Will Need

Experience with SQL or Python is a plus. MBA or master's degree preferred, especially in a relevant field such as data analytics, engineering, or statistics. Prior experience with risk decisioning engines such as Datavisor. Experience partnering with Product or Engineering teams to build new risk management decision engines and features.

The pay range for this role is :

96,000 - 168,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)

86,400 - 151,200 USD per year (US Tier 2)

81,600 - 142,800 USD per year (US Tier 3)
