Description

Position Summary :

Responsible for operational and financial success of RM Speech

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Regular, reliable and predictable on-site attendance
  • Acts as part of strategic business partner to execute team at Baxter Services
  • Assess and evaluate financial performance of RM Speech with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.
  • Identify and assist with expansion of business opportunities for RM Speech.
  • Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion
  • Recruit, interview, hire and develop team of organization as required.
  • Implement and provide oversight and monitor compliance of policies and procedures and all FDA requirements
  • Review in detail monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget for business, as well as monthly cash flow statement. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and help maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings with management staff to provide guidance and direction.
  • Develop relationships with vendors and businesses for RM Speech to help strengthen partnerships and financial opportunities.
  • Work with Human Resources to ensure appropriate legal compliance, as well as all employee HR functions for organization
  • Responsible for monthly review of top accounts and quarterly review and updates of all accountsusing software.
  • Responsible for maintaining licensure and any other business requirements needed to do business
  • Mentor and develop your team, managing work allocation, systems training, performance evaluations, and the building of an effective and efficient team dynamic
  • Responsible to help develop systems and program that allow more visibility into our organizations to show areas that need improvement.
  • Ability to help drive and impact net revenue for organization to meet or exceed company goals with exceptional operational performance.
  • Ability to problem solve issues that need resolution and produce positive outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management required, C-Suite experience desired
  • MBA is a plus
  • Must have technical knowledge
  • Outstanding Communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence - ability to motivate staff
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of time as company provides national services
  • Must carry personal liability insurance with a minimum limit of 100,000
  • Courteous Customer Service (internally and externally)
  • System Proficiency (All software needed to manage organization)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge with Apple and Microsoft products a plus.
  • Must love helping People (both internally and externally)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Positive influence on all employees
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and close the loop when interrupted
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead change and take others with you.

  • Physical requirements

    While performing the duties of this position, employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time

    and must talk and hear. The employee sits, walks, kneels and reaches with hands and arms. May be required

    to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color

    vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
