Job description

Sales Executive

Energy Transport Logistics is looking for a qualified and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team that keeps our wheels rolling. You should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing opportunities. Promoting the services we provide the transportation market from / to our many Terminals.

Rate of Pay : Commensurate with experience Also includes full health, dental, vision, life benefits, 401k with company match, & participation in company PTO program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • 5+ years minimum of professional Logistics and Transportation experience in the LAX market
  • Profound understanding of various supply chain solutions and service offerings
  • Knowledge of industry terminology, market trends, and best practices of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrated client-facing management skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and able to handle objections.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the LAX Air Freight and Ocean Freight markets.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls, set appointments, and close new opportunities.
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined sales process with potential customers.
  • Coordinate with other sales executives and local operations teams in a collaborative manner
  • Active learner with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Competencies :

  • Logistics : 5 years (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of MS Office programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Must be 23 years of age.
