Job Overview

The Director of Product will lead cross-functional product strategy and development initiatives for our consulting engagements. This role combines thought leadership, client management, and hands-on product guidance. You will work with business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and clients to define, prioritize, and deliver digital experiences that meet business goals. You will also mentor our team of product managers and contribute to internal innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy, and road mapping across multiple client engagements.
• Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, innovative digital solutions.
• Oversee discovery processes, including research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact digital products on time and on budget.
• Coach and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive internal product innovation and help evolve our consulting methodologies and frameworks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level clients and represent the product function in executive conversations.
