Job Title : Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location : Saint Albans VT 05478

Contract Length : 14 Weeks

Shift : Night (11 : 00 PM 07 : 30 AM)

Hours : 40 per week

Pay : $1500 $1600 per week

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting job in Saint Albans VT.

Responsibilities :

Provide bedside nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Observe document and report changes in patient condition.

Support patient care plans and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Assist with patient admissions discharges and transfers.

Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Promote patient education comfort and emotional well-being.

Qualifications :

Active LPN license in Vermont or Compact State eligibility.

BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care or rehabilitation.

Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills.

Ability to work every other weekend.
