Foreclosure Paralegal

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents related to foreclosure

Manage a high volume of foreclosure, eviction, and collections cases, coordinating with various parties

Maintain compliance with legal standards and conduct internal audits of case files

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or paralegal certification from an accredited institution

Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in creditors' rights

Proficiency in legal research and case management software

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
