• 7-on / 7-off block schedule; 12-hour shifts
• Closed ICU; procedures optional
• Reasonable admissions of 4 - 5 (on average)
• $300k base salary; $30k in performance
• PTO offered; CME with a $4.5k stipend
• Final-year residents are welcome to apply; H-1B visas accepted
