Director of Education

A company is looking for a Director of Education to lead strategic planning and implementation of innovative learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage educational initiatives, including instructor-led, self-paced, and hybrid formats

Oversee the full lifecycle of educational programming, including operations, staffing, budgeting, and evaluation

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred

Experience in educational program production and operations, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation

Minimum of 2 years of experience leading an effective team with progressive work experience

Ability to coordinate multiple program components and manage projects effectively

Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
