Key Responsibilities Resolve basic issues remotely through phone and email support, progressing to more complex issues after training Provide comprehensive phone and email support for efficient resolution of incidents and requests Document required information into the ticketing system and knowledgebase, maintaining current knowledgebase articles Required Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance; must have lived in the U.S. for at least three out of the last five years High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to type 35 WPM
