  • Facility : United General Cancer Center, Sedro Woolley, WA
  • Open Dates : ASAP Ongoing

6+ months until perm is in place.

  • Credentialing Timeframe : 60 Days
  • Coverage Type : Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call

    • Mon-Wed preferred but can be flexible on days of the week. 8a-4 : 30 or 5pm clinic

  • Possible weeknight call 1 night per week rotation
  • Minimum Requirements :

    • Board Certified in Oncology

    IMLC accepted

  • COVID vaccine required
