Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Opportunity

Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our mission-driven team. This outpatient position is essential to delivering trauma-informed treatment, psychiatric diagnoses, and medication management to underserved children and adolescents in an urban Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). By considering Social Determinants of Health, you will contribute to the well-being of our diverse patient population.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide integrated behavioral health care to children and adolescents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, primary care, dental, and vision providers.
• Supervise and work alongside psychiatric nurses and mid-level providers.
• Participate in health fairs or community events 3-4 times annually.
• Actively contribute to a culture of sensitivity and inclusion.
