Responsibilities

Evaluate and Develop Treatment Plans : Assess pediatric patients' physical conditions and design developmentally appropriate, individualized care plans.

Monitor Patient Progress : Track developmental outcomes and therapy benchmarks, adjusting plans as children grow and respond to treatment.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with pediatric occupational and speech therapists, physicians, school liaisons, and family members to ensure holistic support.

Education

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.

Pediatric clinical experience preferred, but new grads with pediatric training are encouraged to apply.

Certifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Texas.

CPR certification required.

Pediatric specialization (PCS) a plus but not required.
