Shift : Full Time | 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Salary : $130,000 – $150,000 per year

Job Description

As the Director of Nursing , you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of clinical operations, ensuring compliance, and promoting a culture of excellence in resident care.

Primary Responsibilities include :

Hiring, training, and mentoring nursing staff to maintain a strong and cohesive team.

Managing patient care delivery and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.

Leading QAPI initiatives to improve quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Enforcing company policies and ensuring adherence to DOH and CMS standards.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with physicians, families, and staff.

Analyzing and reporting on clinical outcomes and performance metrics.

Overseeing infection control, risk management, and overall departmental operations.

Candidate Requirements

Active RN license in the State of New Jersey (in good standing).

BSN preferred.

2-3 years as DON in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) leadership experience required.

Ventilator care experience strongly preferred.

Management and supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.

Proficiency in PCC (PointClickCare) and electronic health record systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
