Your Role

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers building Hudl's core products for the Competitive market in the U.S., serving high schools and clubs. You'll guide a full-stack team that delivers coach and athlete performance analysis, fan engagement, and video livestreaming solutionshelping athletes, coaches, and fans stay connected and empowered.

As an Engineering Manager at Hudl, you'll :

• Drive technical strategy. You'll ensure your team's vision is aligned with Hudl's overall vision of empowering athletes and coaches. Your insights will help define engineering efforts and help us stay ahead in the market.
• Be efficient : With a focus on outcomes over outputs, you'll help your team deliver high-impact work on time by making data-driven decisions and iterating quickly on feedback.
• Collaborate : You'll work closely with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across our product suite. By bringing diverse perspectives together, you'll guarantee our products exceed expectations.
• Empower your team : You'll coach 4-8 Software Engineers to find the best solutions using their expertise. You'll be responsible for developing and serving your team, and foster a culture of continuous growth.
• Champion Agile practices : You'll participate actively in Scrum ceremonies

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is displayed belowstarting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

This role will also be eligible for a long-term incentive (LTI) award. Any bonuses awarded are based on individual and company performance paid at Hudl's discretion.

Base Salary Range $107,000 - $179,000 USD
