This Warehouse Manager Position Features :

Business Development & Sales Strategy

Identify and develop new B2B and B2C accounts to expand market share

Implement sales strategies and conversion pipelines to drive growth

Conduct account vetting and onboarding to ensure partner quality and alignment

Product Listings & Channel Management

Manage product listings, data importation, and categorization for various online channels

Ensure MAP pricing policies are followed and consistently enforced

Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and logistics teams to maintain listing accuracy and online presence

Customer Service Integration

Oversee escalation resolution and support service process optimization

Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through integrated service strategies

Track customer feedback and build long-term client relationships
