SUMMARY

This position provides support to the Human Resources department by working on a variety of HR projects to gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of Humans Resources.

YOUR IMPACT

• Assist with recruiting activities for manufacturing and office positions including pre-screening candidates scheduling and conducting interviews coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screening etc.
• Assist with recruiting events including organizing preparing and participating in job fairs and campus recruiting as needed.
• Assist in company training such as New Employee Orientation Harassment Prevention Ethics and other Human Resources related training.
• Assist with maintenance of confidential employee & applicant information utilizing various HRIS systems.
• Assist with various employee events including organizing preparing and participating in Employee Roundtables Service Award Luncheons etc.
• Perform research and assistance for various Human Resources and Benefits related projects as needed.
• Other duties or projects as assigned.

Pay Range : $18.00 - $37.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
