Job Summary :

Our client Healthcare Facility Compliance Corp. is seeking motivated and results-driven Account Manager to sell CRx compliance software. You work closely with the Director of Sales to prospect hospital facility managers, engage our pre-sales team to demo, secure agreements, negotiate pricing and close the sale. This role is critical to driving revenue growth. We target Facility managers of hospitals for CRx Currently CRx is the only software that covers X00% of compliance requirements of CMS, The Joint Commission, DNV, AAAHC for automating internal processes for Environment of Care, Life Safety and Emergency Management. CRx customers are all across USA.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Secure demonstration of the solution and follow up with pricing proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Finalize and secure direct sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with at least X years of relevant sales experience in SaaS sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools like Zoho
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.

  • Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Works well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Our client will not be sponsoring visa. You must have work authorization to work for any employer to be considered for this job.
