Accounts Payable Specialist-Orlando

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite , contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Code and process invoices daily utilizing three-way matching
• Perform weekly check runs, as well as invoice & vendor statement reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies
• Set up new vendors and maintain contractor insurance
• Process expense reports
• Post journal entries
